Refund policy
Bae Beaux items are non-refundable. Items may be returned for exchange or store credit.
Bae Beaux has a 7-day return policy. Please contact us within 7 days after your order has been delivered to request a return.

- Exchanges can be done using your store credit to place a new order.
- Hold onto your return tracking #, we can't look up your return without it
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at BaeBeauxCo@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
It can take up to 5-7 business days to issue your store credit once your return is received.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
All swimsuits and sale items are non-returnable items except in the event the item(s) are defective or the item was sent in error. If this applies please contact BaeBeauxCo@gmail.com within 48 hrs after delivery with photos. Our team will provide store credit only upon return approval.
